The plaque had only two words on it: ancora imparo. What did it mean?

We’ve all heard of Michelangelo, the famous artist, sculptor and architect. When he turned 87 years old, he was asked to give a lecture on the subject of art. His reply was “ancora imparo,” which in Latin means “I’m still learning.” Imagine that—incredibly humble words from an artistic genius.

Are we of the same mind? Are we of such an unassuming attitude?

Make life work better for you by not presuming to know it all. Michelangelo didn’t. So why not make “ancora imparo” your motto as you take stock of where you are and dedicate yourself to grow in the learning opportunities ahead of you?
