Every farmer knows that what grows out of the ground is what was put in the ground in the first place. Even weeds need to be planted—though they're probably not planted intentionally. It is foolish to think that we can plant weeds for the first half of our life and expect to harvest a bumper crop of grain during the last half. We are good at making excuses or finding reasons why the latter half of our lives are "weed-filled," but those rationalizations change nothing.

Sow good seeds when you are young and you will reap good crops when you are older.. Have a goal and plan the path that will take you there. Sow good seeds.
