Karl Rove tells us that President Bush is an avid reader of books. The two, Bush and Rove engaged in a contest to see who could read the most books in a year. Rove won, for the third year running. It is a reminder of the joy of reading books and delving into the curiosity of our world and events. I plan to use the article as a prod to kick start my reading habits. I have already reserved several books at my local library and I am stacking all my unread books by my favorite reading chair. My goal is a book a week during the next year.
