Rudyard Kipling’s much-loved poem "If" contains the line: "If you can dream—and not make dreams your master." Dreams are our hopes for the future. We can have a dream about success in our marriage, business, health or eternal life. Dreams help us cross troubled waters; they help us climb the mountains of life. But dreaming without doing is futile. We live in reality, though, and it is by mastering reality that we can experience our dreams.
