Bedtime
An old saying reminds us that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Science has also determined what personal experience teaches all too well—that regular hours of sleep are very important.
Psalm 127:2 explains that God gives sleep to His beloved. Ecclesiastes 5:12 tells us the sleep of a laboring man is sweet. Our minds can force the body to forego sleep, but in the end, the body’s demands overcome even that. Rather than pushing it, treat yourself to getting to bed on time.
